Zawia Chair

There is a lightness to this chair that solid furniture will never have.

Cane weaving — the traditional technique that costs every craftsman hours of patience — makes a seat that is firm but visually weightless. Solid walnut, hand-woven cane, careful finishes. Put it in a bright corner, and watch it change the room.
