The Hanbel is a flat weave, with no pile — the oldest technique in the Maghreb. No knots, no thickness: a tight weft where every thread counts, and where the slightest hesitation shows. Which is precisely why it takes a steady hand.

Light and reversible, it works on the floor as well as on a wall or over the back of a sofa. The patterns come from the weaving itself, never from a print.
